Gisele Bundchen Has Baby in a Tub and then Goes Back to Work

This is why I hate Gisele Bundchen. Not only does she have her baby in a bathtub, but she also returns to work seven weeks later. It’s really this latter reason that I have a problem with because, come on! Did I mention, if you don’t already know, that Gisele Bundchen works as a supermodel? Yet, seven weeks later, there she is, prancing around in winter bikinis and whatnot. How are real women supposed to live up to this kind of expectation? I know, I know. I realize we live in an ‘educated’ society that knows it’s not reasonable for it to happen this quickly with ‘real’ women. But let’s face it. Those women who had a baby six months ago and still aren’t feeling up to going back to work, all hate Gisele a little bit too right now. Radar Online has all the details on how she handles it all,

“Supermodel Gisele Bundchen gave birth to her baby son Benjamin, by her NFL football star husband Tom Brady, in a bathtub, it has been revealed.

Bundchen told a reporter from the Brazilian show Fantastico during a fashion shoot in Boston, that she gave birth naturally in the tub at the couple’s Beacon Hill townhouse.

“Gisele gives off simplicity, spirituality, shows that she has concern with living well, being happy and, now, with being an excellent mom,” the reporter revealed.

In a preview of the interview, which airs this weekend, the Brazilian correspondent added: “From what I saw in the interview, I’d say she’s right on track.”

Meantime, the stunning model is back to doing what she does best, returning to modeling work just seven weeks after giving birth.

Gisele did a photo shoot Monday, for Colcci‘s winter campaign. Already back in shape, the genetically blessed Brazilian did her first work since the arrival of baby Benjamin. The setting was a studio in Boston and the Übermodel worked for several hours with the renowned photographer David Sims.

I also don’t have anything against having natural home births per se, I just don’t understand them. I don’t know why it’s become so trendy to think of Western medicine as ‘bad’ when people halfway around the world would do anything for half of the resources that we have at our fingertips. And God forbid something should go wrong. Why do you not want to surround yourself with the best equipment and doctors that can handle a real genuine life or death emergency? Can you not find a way to be spiritual in a hospital room? I hear they have real cozy ones now. Set up just like a cottage inn and everything. And doctors, tubes, equipment, scanners, and monitors all in the next room!

Gisele Bundchen has a Baby Boy

I have to say, I had little interest in the pregnancy of Gisele Bundchen. I don’t have anything against the brunette bombshell but I do have quite a bit against her husband, Tom Brady, who thinks that just because he’s Tom Brady he can leave his pregnant girlfriend for the next hottest thing that walks by. Granted, Bridget Moynahan didn’t find out that she was pregnant until after she and Tom had split but still, I can’t seem to get the “Deadbeat Dad!” screaming out of my head whenever I hear his name. So the fact that he now has another little boy only leaves me wondering how long it is until Tom leaves this one stranded too. I know, oh so cynical am I.

But Gisele Bundchen is also the proud parent of the newest little baby boy so I suppose I’m happy for her as she hasn’t done anything to piss me off yet. So, congratulations Gisele! The news is everywhere after Tom Brady posted about it on his own website, as seems to be becoming the trend in Hollywood. From Radar Online,

The gorgeous celeb couple welcomed a baby boy recently, People reports, the first child for Bundchen and second for Brady, who also has a 2-year-old son with his ex, actress Bridget Moynahan.

At this time, details of the birth and the boy’s name have not been released yet.

Brady and Bundchen were married this past February in Los Angeles, and had a second ceremony in Costa Rica at Bundchen’s mansion.”

Hopefully if Tom was gracious enough to post on his website that the baby was born, he’ll be just as gracious in posting new baby pics. I may not like him all that much but, who doesn’t love looking at new babies?

Bump Watch: Gisele Bundchen

I don’t really know football and I’m not really ‘into’ the world of supermodels so I don’t really know too much about Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen in their respective careers. But I do know a little bit about them as a couple, and the fact that they are happily awaiting their own little bundle of joy. Gisele’s pregnancy was announced in May, after people speculated about whether or not they really were married until they actually tied the knot in March. In a real ceremony. That was confirmed by the couple.

But no one has to confirm this news as Gisele’s baby bump is already clearly showing. Even though the news is still new, it’s not surprising she’d pop out early because she’s so freakin skinny. And even though this will be Gisele’s first baby, she’s spending time getting ready to be a mummy by spending time with her stepson, John. From Pop Sugar,

She didn’t have him with her on Saturday for an afternoon of shopping, when she visited a children’s store and picked up a few bags of goodies. Aw, it looks like she’s ready to me! She’s got the kid snuggled just right and he looks perfectly content to be there! Congratulations to Tom and Gisele again - this pregnancy might be more fun to watch than I thought it would be!

Add Another to the Brady Bunch

Tom Brady really is a man who has it all right now. Not only did he manage to bag Gisele Bundchen and marry her not once but twice, he reportedly also got the supermodel pregnant and the two are now expecting their first child together! The story has not been confirmed yet by the couple’s camp but the rumor has been going around for a little while now and the longer reps take to deny rumors, the more likely that it is they are true. So….can we be expecting a really super cute Brady baby in the near future? Maybe no, maybe so. From Gossip Rocks,

Imagine what a cute baby that would be! If the rumor is true, this will be the second child for Tom Brady, who also has a son with Bridget Moynahan, who he was dating when he started seeing Gisele. Congrats to the newlyweds!

Gisele and Tom are Married….Really!

I was waiting to hear all of the stories squashing the latest rumor that Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady got married on Thursday, February 26 but since there’s been no denial yet, I’m guessing that this one is true. I have nothing poignant to say about this story and it just doesn’t really interest me at all except that, I can’t believe she wore this dress to her wedding! Girls spend their entire lives dreaming of their wedding gown and this is what she came up with? Some ribbons that barely cover her? As gross as this ensemble is, it gets even grosser. Gisele has 3 dogs who all wore matching collars. From Celebrity Dirty Laundry,

Before this actual wedding, it was reported not once but twice that the two had married which is why I had such doubt when this one surfaced. Congratulations to these two!

Brady May Not be Officially Off the Market

It was reported just over the past couple of days that New England Patriot star, Tom Brady, had proposed to his girlfriend, Gisele Bundchen, on Christmas Day. The story was reported everywhere and was amongst the major headlines of the day but now reps from both camps are claiming that the story just isn’t true. From Daily Blabber,

“Rumors were flying that football star Tom Brady had proposed to supermodel Gisele Bundchen on Christmas, complete with details. Supposedly there were four dozen roses, champagne and Gisele’s parents on a plane somewhere in NJ, where the asking took place. But Tom’s family is saying that this is a lot of baloney.

“Rumor, rumor, rumor … We don’t know a thing about it,” Tom Brady Sr. told The Boston Globe on Friday. “Nobody told me. We talked to him and there’s nothing to say.”

Gisele’s sister also called the ring talk “not true.”

The fact that it’s both Tom’s dad and Gisele’s sister claiming that all of this is garbage really does make me think that it’s true that no proposal ever took place. Either that, or there’s going to be some very angry people on both sides of the family since no one knew about it. But since the story also claims that Gisele’s parents were on the same plane where the whole blessed event took place, I doubt that this is a case of a secret engagement. For all those ladies who had their hearts broken on Christmas Day when this news came out, there’s probably no real reason to worry….just yet. These two will marry soon enough.
