George Clooney’s New Leading Lady

George Clooney has forgotten all about Sarah What’s-her-face and has moved  on to another lady in his life. This one he didn’t find in an L.A. nightclub but he did have to go all the way to Italy to find her. But Sarah Larson, George’s ex and Elisabetta Canalis do have one thing in common - they were nobody till they found a somebody. And once again, Clooney seems to be pretty smitten. There was talk that the two might have something between them when the two started hanging out together while George was over there filming. But as time passes, we’re seeing more and more shots of them. This one was just one of several that were taken the day George and Elisabetta shared an adventurous and no doubt, very sexy, ride on George’s motorcycle. So, will it last? Or is this another in George Clooney’s long line of ‘leading’ ladies? We’ll see but from the sounds of it so far, it seems pretty serious. From Gossip Rocks,

The Ocean’s Eleven star has been dating Italian TV presenter Elisabetta Canalis after they met a fortnight ago in Rome.

The bachelor invited supermodel Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber to his stunning Lake Como villa where they are spending their time tearing through the Italian countryside on motorbikes.

Clooney often spends time with Cindy and her husband as the threesome were spotted holidaying together earlier in the summer on a yacht cruising the Mediterranean.

This time though, George has company after he was introduced to Elisabetta by mutual friends in Rome last month.

They were first seen enjoying a romantic dinner date in the restaurant of the upmarket Hotel Majestic a week ago.

After taking their romance to northern Italy, the pair were spotted dining again in Milan on Sunday night - not far from Lake Como.
Elisabetta is the latest in a string of attractive women to be linked to George in recent years.
Earlier this summer, he was linked to Miami cocktail waitress Lucy Wolvert.
Elisabetta is a popular pin-up in her native Italy and became the host of MTV Italy’s Total Request Live show in May.
She also has an interest in becoming an actress and had two minor roles in Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo and Virgin Territory.
George will have plenty of opportunities to nurture his burgeoning relationship with Elisabetta - he will film his new movie A Private Gentleman in Italy over the next few months.”

Uh oh. It might be bad news for Clooney that this new one also seems to have an interest in the limelight. Isn’t Larson doing Victoria Secret ads now or something? And I’m pretty sure she saw Clooney as her way in from Day 1. Hopefully this one isn’t nearly as superficial as Sarah Larson, or nearly as tacky. I have to say, Elisabetta so far seems like a huge step up from Clooney’s last relationship. Plus, her name just sounds so pretty!

Shocking New Couple Alert!!

So what would you think about it if Paris Hilton hooked up with George Clooney? It’s an odd combination but one that I might not be all that uncomfortable with. Paris turns into whoever she’s dating - she was the proper princess when she was engaged to that clone of hers, she became a rocker chic when she hooked up with Benji Madden and I think she’ll become a nice mixture of the two if this thing with Georgey-Boy keeps going much longer. He’s got a small bad-ass side of him but he’s also so incredibly charming and can be just as proper as Paris when he needs to be. The only problem I can actually see with these two hooking up is the fact that George Clooney is 20 years Paris’ senior. But I think I can get over it. I overcame any issues with age when Demi Moore hooked up with Ashton Kutcher.

Sarah Larson Proves Once Again how Stupid she Is

About a year ago we all heard that the “Sexiest Man Alive,” George Clooney had started slummin it with an LA cocktail waitress, Sarah Larson. Not to put cocktail waitresses, or LA women to shame but on Clooney’s level, anything that doesn’t involve a billion dollar home and a multi-million dollar cottage is considered slummin it. I think we all immediately dismissed her as a bimbo looking for cash and I think we all secretly wanted to be proven wrong. Sadly, we weren’t.

Okay, we all knew the money was a big lure to her. Yes, Clooney’s hot but that money don’t hurt either. And while they continued on with their fairytale romance and people talked about weddings and babies, we all were thinking the same thing in the back of our minds. Now Larson has come out and practically openly admitted that she’s happy to have all kinds of money strictly because she dated George Clooney. From Celebedge,

“George is a great guy, a wonderful person,” Sarah tells Hello! magazine of the man she dated for nearly a year. “I don’t regret spending time with him. We still remain friends and have kept in touch. In fact, we spoke over the phone a couple of days ago.”

If Sarah sounds surprisingly charitable for someone so recently curb-kicked, it might have something to do with her status upgrade from Vegas cocktail waitress to the face of an upcoming Christian Audigier campaign, with other modeling gigs still being negotiated.

That’s nice. No mention of how she’s sad that she no longer has someone to share it all with. Or something along the lines to make us all thinking twice. Good for you, Sarah! You got what you wanted! And you’re stupid enough to tell everyone about it!

Sarah Larson Not Crying Over Break-up

Rumors have been flying lately with the recent break-up of George Clooney and Sarah Larson. The break-up came as quite a shock to everyone and fuel was added to the fire this past week when it was rumored that Clooney gave her the boot after she got a boob job. Turns out that the boob job may have served her well as she is now the new face of big-time designer Christian Audigier. From imdb,

“George Clooney’s ex-girlfriend Sarah Larson is enjoying a career boost after her high-profile romance with the Hollywood actor - she’s been named the face of fashion designer Christian Audigier’s new line.

The model and former waitress is alleged to have been dumped by Clooney in May, although neither party has officially confirmed the split.

But Larson has now landed a deal with Audigier’s fashion firm to front a new line of couture dresses.

Audigier tells People.com, “She is a fresh, elegant and classy girl. I saw her on a red carpet and liked her style and European look.”

Larson had her first fitting for the range on Thursday in Los Angeles, and she had a photo shoot for the advertising campaign on Friday.

Well those will certainly be interesting to see. I don’t like this girl and it has nothing to do with the fact that she dated hottie George Clooney because really, I don’t stand a chance anyway. It’s the way she paraded around as though she were some sort of big shot just because she was with one of THE big shots. When I first heard the rumor about the boob job, I couldn’t believe that Clooney would do it but then I started thinking. If that was the reason he dumped her, it was probably more because of what it meant. Obviously she’s one to buy into the whole glamour and phoniness of fame and not remain true to who she is. I think Clooney would see that and make it reason enough to ditch her. I mean, shortly after their break-up, instead of holing up with some tissues and photos of them, she strolled down some of the most famously paparazzi-ridden streets of Hollywood. If that doesn’t scream, “Take my picture!”, nothing does.

This Week’s Break-Up News

While many babies are being born in Hollywood this week and many couple’s are announcing pregnancies, Tinseltown still has its fair share of heartache. Here are this week’s most surprising, most predictable, and most talked about break-ups of our favorite stars this week!

The most talked-about break-up news is probably that of George Clooney and Sarah Larson. Many people have wondered about these two from the get-go and now after dating for almost a year, they have officially broken up. Nobody’s saying much on the subject so far but from the sounds of things, he’s the one that ended it with her.

Last September Dylan McDermott announced that he and his wife, Shiva Rose were separating. Now plans for his divorce have been announced and the most surprising element of this story is that McDermott is preparing to represent himself. It seems that his 7 years on The Practice has really gotten to him.

Bill Murray is also getting a divorce from his wife, Jennifer. This is serious business as apparently Murray scares his wife so badly that she needs to have a restraining order placed against him. She claims that the order is needed because of his horrible abuse and addiction to drugs and alcohol. If it’s true, it really is surprising and I would have never expected that from him. Hopefully the accusations will prove to be false on this one and I will still be able to laugh at his jokes.

In the latest Shania Twain divorce news, the rumors that Shania’s husband Robert Lange was allegedly having an affair with one of her best friends are just not true. Well, this according to the cheating dirtball and the homewrecker themselves. You can decide for yourself whether or not you believe it.

And still recovering from her recent divorce from Royston Langdon, Liv Tyler is planning on packing up their son Milo and moving him to the country. Obviously Liv is heartbroken and searching for a simpler life.
