Just recently people were once again all over Eva Longoria, trying to compare her waist measurements and comparing new/possible pregnant pics to old/definitely not pregnant pics. And it seems that the time may have come upon us once again. People are just dying for this woman and her husband, Tony Parker, to get pregnant so the world may actually implode when it happens. Here is what the Gossip Girls had to say about their outing when this pic was taken,

“The “Desperate Housewives” hottie and her San Antonio Spur were spotted making their rounds in the City of Lights earlier today, checking out come local boutiques and stopping into Caupcine restaurant to read the menu.

Eva and Tony were all about mingling with the bigwigs over at the IWC Schaffhausen Party, held at the Park Hyatt Paris Vendome.

They posed for the paparazzi on the red carpet and Tony showed off his new ‘nine’ tattoo on his hand (9 is his jersey number). Eva has the same ink on her neck.”

So judging from this pic does Eva look like she may be carrying around a little bambino? It’s hard to say. On the one hand - yes, I do think her shirt is sticking out the tiniest little bit right front and center and she is conveniently holding that bag at a bad angle. On the other hand - we may not need to deem her pregnant every time her button pulls one way or she’s had a big lunch. And Eva has a way of always holding her purse like that. I hope she is and I’m tempted to think from this picture she is. Hopefully with the new season of Desperate Housewives starting soon, we’ll be able to find out more as we can watch week after week to see what’s happening with her belly.

Eva Longoria claimed a few months ago that she was sick and tired of everyone asking ‘Is she? Or isn’t she?’ in regards to her, her belly, and her husband, Tony Parker. But just weeks ago, someone from Eva’s camp slipped and told the press that she and Tony were in fact desperately trying to get pregnant. Right after, not only has Eva been photographed a million times with her potential ‘bump’ but she has also made it clear that even if she is pregnant, she’s not fessing up any time soon. “Actress EVA LONGORIA PARKER has fuelled reports she is expecting her first child with husband TONY PARKER - after she was photographed with a protruding stomach.
The Desperate Housewives beauty married French basketball star Parker in July last year (07) and the couple has been the subject of pregnancy rumours ever since.
And paparazzi pictures taken of Longoria Parker with her husband on Tuesday night (19Aug08) - revealing the actress’ suspicious-looking swollen belly - have sent gossips into a spin.

Longoria Parker recently admitted she would want to keep her pregnancy a secret, insisting: “I agree with Jennifer Lopez. Somebody asked her, ‘Why did you hide your pregnancy for so long?’ She said, ‘I didn’t hide it from the people who needed to know.’”

There have also been reports that she was told that she needed to gain weight for the upcoming season of Desperate Housewives. Was this a ploy so that they could hide her pregnancy on the show as well? Oh, that’s definitely something to think about that will fuel this fire.

Are Eva Longoria and Tony Parker in the Same Court?

Ever since Eva Longoria has gushed about how much she wants to have all of those babies her and hubby Tony Parker have been dodging pregnancy rumors and trying to make sure that her svelt figure is shown in pictures so that a big purse is not mistaken for a pregnancy bump. This is what happened the last time fuel was added to the fire. Tony Parker has recently denied all claims that the two are about to be parents and while this seems like halfway interesting news at best, Tony makes a statement that has me raising my eyebrows. “Despite the constant array of pregnancy rumors, basketball player Tony Parker insists that his actress wife Eva Longoria is not in the family way.

“She’s not pregnant now if that’s your question. I’m not thinking like that right now.”

He’s not thinking like that right now? Does he know she is? I thought that was something that two people discussed before taking the big plunge. I love, love, love these two together and they don’t seem like the drama-seeking types. Hopefully, this was just an off-the-cuff remark that wasn’t meant the way it seems to sound. But it definitely does sound as though on the baby issue Tony is “No, no, no!” while Eva is “Yes, yes, yes!”

Paula Abdul Says Good-Bye to Another Man

It looks as though Paula Abdul’s latest relationship couldn’t survive her two-year curse. Abdul was married to Emilio Estevez for two years and that ended in 1994 and she was also married to Brad Beckerman for two years. That marriage ended in 1998. Last summer she hooked up with J.T. Torregiani and they were very serious about each other right from the get-go. Or it seemed that way anyway when they moved in together shortly after they began dating. Now, after less than a year together, the two are calling it quits. From New Chatter,

“Friends of the ‘American Idol’ judge claim she has separated from restaurateur JT Torregiani, after less than a year together.

However, JT is not upset about the break-up because he wasn’t committed to Paula. A source said: “He wasn’t that serious about it and hadn’t invested too much in the relationship.”

Paula, 45, sparked rumors her romance might be on the rocks when she failed to show at the opening of JT’s new restaurant Beso, which he has launched with ‘Desperate Housewives’ star Eva Longoria, in March. At the bash, JT was spotted flirting with female guests.

Paula recently spoke about her desire to settle down and start a family. She said: “I do want children. I’ll probably adopt because I think it’ll be in the next three to five years. I wouldn’t necessarily adopt from abroad like some celebs. I just want a healthy baby.”

Okay let’s step back and address a few issues with this. Who cares how J.T. is feeling? Obviously, he was somewhat invested since he lived with the woman for God’s sake and I don’t even think anyone is too concerned about Paula seeing as how they broke up in April and it has taken this long to get to most front pages. I think she just needs to take some time to herself. I mean, there was only a two-year break from her first marriage to her second and now she’s moving in with people shortly after starting to date them. Paula is definitely trying for the fast track to that happy life she wants but I think she needs to slow down a bit as that option does not seem to be working for her. However, I must say that I’m glad that some celebrities do notice the needs of children in America and are happy to look into adopting them.

What’s Eva Hiding?

It seems that people need Eva Longoria to be pregnant. She now has rumors for a second time around that she is indeed, expecting a baby. From the Daily Blabber,

“The rumor mill is in high gear and people are swearing that Eva Longoria Parker is pregnant — again.

This is a shot of Eva out and about in NYC yesterday with hubby Tony Parker. Yes, Eva dud trade a skin-tight dress for a loose-fitting frock, but keep in mind that it was 100 degrees on the sweltering streets of The Big Apple.”

So, is she pregnant or just feeling the humidity? I think it would be great if these two became parents and Eva has said in the past how both her and Tony would love to be parents. Eva is one of the classiest ladies in Hollywood and it would be a great thing to see her toss her hat into the motherhood ring.

TomKat’s Humble Home Now Built

tomkat.jpgWell Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have completed construction on their new home in Beverly Hills and let me tell you, it’s a far cry from what we saw on Oprah when she and Tom were huddled in a cozy cabin in Teluride, Colorado. The estate, which is worth a whopping 35 million dollars, was the venue of the couple’s housewarming party on Saturday night. From Celebrity Baby Scoop,

“Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes hosted an A-list housewarming party on Saturday night at their new Beverly Hills mansion. Some of the stars on the guest list included Oprah Winfrey, Jennifer Lopez, Brooke Shields, Victoria Beckham, Eva Longoria Parker and Kyra Sedgwick.

It was also a family affair with Holmes’ parents from Ohio and all of the Cruise children: Isabella, 15, Connor, 13, and Suri, 2. Cruise and Holmes purchased the 1.3-acre $35 million estate last summer and have spent the last year on renovations.

Guests began arriving around 9 p.m. and were driven up the long driveway to a large fountain by a valet service. The party was both indoors and outdoors and staffed over 50 people, including world-renouned chef, Wolfgang Puck who catered the event. On the back lawn, cocktails and appetizers were served to guests as they lounged on white couches under heat lamps, the trees were adorned with white lights and an orchestra played music. The festivities ended around 1 a.m.”

I find it particularly interesting that Brooke Shields was there even though there has been such tension between her and Cruise in the past. It also seems as though Tom and Katie are back to doing what they do best - showing off how great they are and how much money they have. I know they earned it and blah, blah, blah but flaunting it seems unecessary. Who needs a 35 billion dollar home?
