Bradley is Renee’s Knight in Shining Armor

Well for those that think the relationship between Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper is strictly publicity-driven, it’s hard to deny the care that is shown in this story. On Thursday, Renee went to Bradley’s home, dressed in the workout gear she’s becoming so famous for, and while she had her car door open outside of the home, an elderly woman passing by almost smashed right into her. While Renee wasn’t hurt, and didn’t even seem to be too shaken up by the incident, her knight in shining armor, Bradley Cooper, was soon on-scene to save the day. From Celebrity Mania,

“On Thursday, January 28, the leading lady of “My One and Only” was nearly rammed by another car when she was climbing into her black Prius outside of Bradley Cooper’s new home in the Pacific Palisades.

TMZ reported the 40-year-old actress, who was spotted dressed in workout gear, made a quick stop at the house which is still undergoing some construction just before 9 A.M. on the particular morning. When she returned to her car and opened the door to get in, a passing SUV smashed into the open door, barely missing on hitting her but causing a large dent in the door.

Zellweger was left uninjured and no police was called to the scene. According to witness on the scene as quoted by E! News, the actress “didn’t seem upset” and was ” in good spirits” with the older woman who struck the door. The source further mentioned that following the incident, both parties “got out, [Renee] took pictures of the damage, they exchanged information”.

Minutes later, Renee Zellweger’s boyfriend, Bradley Cooper, was spotted arrived to the accident scene. After doing some brief checking of the damaged car door, the Academy Award-winning actress’ co-star in “Case 39″ whisked her away from the accident scene.”

Aw, ain’t that sweet! A true Hollywood rescue story! We’re glad everyone’s okay and this might just squash some of the rumors that Bradley and Renee just like what the publicity is doing for their careers. They were  both equally hot before they hooked up and together, well they’re pretty good.

This isn’t the first time Renee’s had bad luck with cars though. It was just this past summer in August when Renee was involved in another smashup when a car in front of her made an illegal turn. During that crash, Renee was also injured and very concerned about others on the scene. She was also wearing workout clothes.

Bradley and Renee are in the Ol’ Baby Battle

There’s a story that National Enquirer has printed regarding the heavily publicized relationship between Bradley Cooper and Renee Zellweger. The story goes that Renee and Bradley are having the old problem of one wanting a baby and the other, well, not so much. And of course, because Renee’s the woman in the couple, it has to be her that wants the baby, right? Right. According to the Enquirer anyway. I personally think this story is a hunk of garbage.

Apparently, Bradley’s gotten that little pointed head of his so big that he wants to keep making movies and big bucks before he starts adding to their family. And why are these two even talking about babies when they’ve only been dating for a few months? Well it seems that the two are also talking about wedding plans. Another thing about this story that I don’t believe. Here’s the ‘full’ story from National Enquirer,

“Bradley only recently got his first taste of Hollywood stardom with ‘The Hangover’ and as much as he loves Renee, he’s not ready for a family,” a close pal told the Enquirer. “In his mind, marriage is one thing, but kids are quite another.”

While Bradley, 35, is positioned as the next big star, “Renee, at 40, wants a baby as soon as possible, and that conflict has become their wedding roadblock.”

After Renee charmed his parents, Bradley gave her the green light to begin planning the nuptials, but “he’s suddenly downshifted,” the source says. “Bradley wants to wait a few more years to have a baby, while Renee is feeling pressure to conceive due to her age.”

“They had their first big argument in early January. Now Bradley is saying they need to sort out their differences before moving ahead. So, for the time being, they’re at a wedding stalemate.”

The first thing that made me skeptical about this story was that the Enquirer is claiming that The Hangover was Bradley’s ‘first taste of Hollywood.’ Uuumm….are they forgetting the major role that Bradley played on Alias? Or his role in The Wedding Crashers? I do think that The Hangover was his most successful movie – and one that he played a leading role in, as opposed to the two I mentioned when he was a supporting cast member. But still. Those were huge hits, both the TV show and the movie and I think Bradley had a ‘taste of Hollywood’ long before The Hangover came along.

I might also mention that I hardly think Renee would be so willing to marry someone after she ended up getting an annulment after four months of marriage to Kenny Chesney. And by the way, Bradley and Renee are both very busy right now also knocking down rumors that they’re moving in together. So the fact that they’re also looking at babies and marriage is highly doubtable. I think on this one, it was a slow news day and the Enquirer had some blank pages to fill.

Renee Rings in the Holiday with Bradley’s Parents

Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper have been fairly public about their relationship. I guess that’s what happens when you begin the relationship fighting over the same guy with Jennifer Aniston. But since the time when Bradley was seen playing the field all over Hollywood, it seems that he has cozied up to Renee Zellwegger quite nicely. The two have been spotted out shopping, at the airport, and just about anywhere else you can imagine. And now for the Christmas holidays, the pics aren’t stopping! Although this time, it’s not of Renee and Brad so much. It’s with Renee and Brad’s mom! And the picture really is too cute. It definitely says that Renee and Brad’s family are comfortable with each other, and that they seem to get along just swimmingly. And, according to People, those feelings go further than just this pic. From People,

The four celebrated the holiday in Los Angeles, and Zellweger was spotted bonding all week with Cooper’s parents. On Dec. 21, the actress took them on a stroll in Venice, Calif. And on Christmas Eve, Zellweger and Cooper’s mom, Gloria, went shopping together. “Renée seems to get along really well with Bradley’s parents, ” an eyewitness tells PEOPLE. “They were laughing and seemed to have a great time strolling around Venice.”

On Dec. 24, Zellweger stopped by Bay Cities Italian Deli in Santa Monica, Calif., where she picked out several Italian delicacies. “Bradley’s mom is Italian-American and it was obvious that Renée was making an effort to impress Bradley’s mom with Christmas dishes,” the eyewitness says, adding that the actress asked for help to make sure she picked out something authentic. Says the onlooker: “Renée was in a great mood and seemed very happy.”

Well it looks as though Bradley followed his heart when he had his choice of Hollywood’s leading ladies and it looks as though it didn’t steer him wrong. Maybe we’ll hear wedding bells for this couple soon? They have only been dating for a short time and I hate to jump on wedding bandwagons but, it’s so unusual that we see Renee being so open and just well, happy! It makes me wonder.

Jen Only has Eyes for Gerald

I’m so sick of this whole thing between Jennifer Aniston, Bradley Cooper, and Gerald Butler. Oh yeah, and let’s not forget Renee Zellweger either. I don’t have the time or the energy to rehash the whole entire saga but last we heard on Jen’s side of things, was that she was ’secretly dating’ Bradley Cooper. This came just days before he was spotted with Renee in Spain. Well apparently, Renee and Bradley can be a couple all they want because Jen is dating Gerald. And if they’re not actually dating yet, they’re both seriously thinking about it. From People,

“Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler were seen “hand in hand” this weekend at The Jane Hotel in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District, a source tells PEOPLE. The two are currently filming The Bounty in New York City.

“Jen and Gerry went out on Saturday night,” says the source, who, noting that the cozy couple were surrounded by such others as Kirsten Dunst, also said Aniston and Butler “had cocktails and … They were hand in hand.”

So, are they? Aren’t they? Unfortunately I think that if they are, we won’t know unless they one day decide to get married. And maybe not even then. You can’t blame Jennifer really. Every single relationship she’s ever had has been subjected to so much media scrutiny that it’s no wonder Jen’s trying to keep her newest prospects somewhat secret. It seems however that Jen is starting to come out more and more with this relationship. First her and Gerald were seen being snuggly-wuggly on set and now they’re holding hands right out in public! Does this mean that Jen has found someone she does want to get serious with? Hmm…maybe there will be wedding bells after all!

Bradley and Renee Do Spain Together

Well, if the rumor that Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Aniston were dating each other on the sly was true, and they really are trying to make a show of not being together, this one is sure to cinch it. Bradley was just seen in Spain with the other woman involved in this love triangle - Renee Zellwegger and apparently, they were trying to keep a low-pro too. They were both at JFK Airport and while they went through security separately, when they boarded the plane, they were clearly together. The story comes from Gossip Rocks,

“For the past few weeks, Bradley Cooper has been linked to Squinty, Denise Richards and Jennifer Aniston. Well, in the battle of the beards, it looks like Squinty has won out for now! The two pretended to be all slick-like when they got on a flight from JFK to Barcelona the other day. The paps say Squinty and Bradley went through security separately, but ended up getting on the same plane together.”

The article goes on to say that the author is pretty sure that Bradley Cooper is gay but I don’t think that’s true. Is he a man-whore? Undeniably. It’s clear that he likes women and that he likes to have many, many women falling all over his feet. But, this overseas trip makes me think that he and Renee might really be starting something serious. Maybe they just dropped off the radar for a bit to see if they fit together without the worry of the paparazzi getting in the way. Or maybe Brad just wanted to try on a few more girls before deciding that Renee was the one he wanted to be with. Or maybe, this trip means nothing to the man-whore and he’s just waiting until another pretty little thing comes his way.

Are They or Aren’t They?

The world’s most famous watched couple/non-couple right now are Jennifer Aniston and Bradley Cooper. First, there’s a weird love triangle going on, involving Renee Zellweger, then The National Enquirer breaks a story that Jennifer and Bradley are “secretly” dating. Trying to keep a low-pro, ya know. But, now people from Brad’s camp are saying that the two are not seeing each other and that if Bradley was in a certain city at the same time Jennifer was, it had nothing to do with the actress and everything to do with a flight schedule. “BRADLEY COOPER is still fending off rumours he’s dating JENNIFER ANISTON after online gossips falsely alleged the stars had enjoyed a secret dinner date in Washington, D.C. at the weekend (01-02Aug09).

But the rumours are refusing to go away, and new reports suggest Aniston flew to Washington to rendezvous with Cooper.
His representative tells People.com, “It didn’t happen, they were not there together. Bradley was there on a stop-over.”
Cooper isn’t the only co-star Aniston has recently been linked to - Gerard Butler, who stars alongside the former Friends beauty in new film The Bounty, has also been forced to deny they are dating, branding the persistent rumours “just annoying”.

So what exactly is happening wit Jennifer and Bradley? I would naturally tend to think that the two really aren’t dating. But, if it’s true that the two are trying to keep their relationship out of the media altogether and that they will even make ploys such as flirting with their costars to make that happen, who knows? Maybe this latest denial is also all just part of the plan.

Jen and Bradley are Pretty Tricky

Bradley Cooper takes Jennifer Aniston out and the media makes a big stink about it. He then, a few nights later, takes Renee Zellweger out and the media makes an even bigger stink about it. Then nothing. Okay, I just wanted to catch everyone up on what’s happening in this absurd love triangle. I would think that maybe Renee and Bradley are maybe quietly dating. Or maybe Bradley’s at home giggling to himself about how a nobody has made such a big stink in Hollywood. But, neither or those scenarios is true. In fact, if Bradley is with anybody, it’s with Jennifer and the two are keeping a very, very low-pro. Like, secret handshake kind of low-pro.

Apparently, Bradley and Jennifer have gone undercover as a couple and the two have gone to great lengths to make sure that the media doesn’t find out about it. So, were all the cutesy pictures with your hand on Gerard Butler’s chest and his arm around your waist all part of the plan, Jen? From National Enquirer,

“Jen loves that everyone thinks Bradley gave her the heave-ho and that she’s fooling around with Gerard Butler, her co-star in The Bounty,” an insider told The ENQUIRER.

The ruse is allowing Jen and Bradley to get to know each other better out of the public spotlight.

“She’s really sick of feeling like her love life is always under a microscope. Bradley is Jen’s little secret.”

Jen, 40, a break from filming in New York City and dashed to Washington, D.C., for a secret meeting with her new Brad, 34.

The two arrived at L2 Lounge, a posh private club, at 11:30 p.m.

“They sat off in a quiet corner, but Jen’s smile radiated throughout the whole club,” an eyewitness told The ENQUIRER.

“She sipped Grey Goose vodka and pineapple and kept her hand on Bradley’s leg most of the time.

“They weren’t shy about being affectionate. Bradley kept whispering in her ear and kissing her lips and neck. They slipped out arm-in-arm about 1 a.m.”

I don’t know if I believe this story. I mean, the whole thing just sounds so ridiculous and contrived. And it comes from the Enquirer, which sort of always leaves me guessing anyway. But you can’t really blame Jen for wanting her private life to be private for a little while. Her whole entire relationship with her first Brad was so blown up out of control. And then there was all the crap she put up with when dating Media Mayer. You can’t really blame her for going on a spy mission when it’s time to get ready for a date.

Is Jen Dating Again?

Even during her short time with that loathsome John Mayer, Jennifer Aniston seemed very cavalier about her love life. She took it for what it was, didn’t seem to sweat the small stuff too much, and had a great sense of humor about all of it. Just when we thought that maybe, just maybe, Jen was once again empowering women by remaining single and fabulous, here comes the rumor of the new boyfriend. This time it’s Bradley Cooper who co-starred with Jen in He’s Just Not That Into You. Is this real or fabrication? Seeing as how Bradley has denied it and this rumor is based on the fact that the two were seen having dinner together, I’m guessing complete fabrication. From Star,

Who’s mother wouldn’t love it if her son brought home Jennifer Aniston? Whatever Jen does, whether she’s currently single or not, this is a woman that empowers women whatever she does. I just hope the next time she does go and pick herself out a boyfriend, it’s not some twit like Mayer.
