Kate Hooks Up with Madonna After Breaking up with A-Rod

It was earlier this week when it was announced that Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez had split up. Reports are still varying as to who split with who, whether or not the two are still on friendly terms, or if there is a chance of them getting back together. So far it seems that anything and everything is up in the air with this one. But one thing that’s known for sure is that Kate Hudson has found a comforting shoulder in this difficult time (and we all knew she would, didn’t we?) That someone though is not the arms of another man, it’s the bony and cold shoulder of Madonna, who had split with the baseball star just before he hooked up with Kate. And there were actually rumors before A-Rod and Madonna split that he and Kate were seen heavily flirting with each other at a big celeb party. So perhaps now Kate and Madonna are just trying to get the story straight? That could be the case. It seems there’s a lot to get straight on this one. From Hindustan Times,

“Kate Hudson, heart-broken by her break-up with Alex Rodriguez, has found a sympathiser in Madonna. The singer was spotted comforting the actress at the premier of her flick Nine in New York.

“When the cameras were on Kate she was all smiles. But privately you could tell she has had her heart broken,” the New York Post quoted a witness, as saying.

Gossip has it that the New York Yankee dumped Hudson because he felt she was hogging all the public attention.

Goldie Hawn, Hudson’s mum also flew in to support her. The mother-daughter duo drank dirty martinis at M2 “and hung out all night,” according to an insider.

The source said: “It was her big premiere, and she was upset Alex wasn”t there to support her.”

Jay-Z’s Empire State of Mind, which became a Yankees anthem during the World Series victory, aggrieved Hudson even more.

The source said: “When the song was played at the after-party, Kate looked at her mom and did a fake scream.” However, one of Hudson’s friends says the relationship is not yet over.

The pal said: “They had a huge fight in London at the premiere of Nine, and Alex flew to Miami to hang out with his friends. But in the last few days he and Kate have started speaking again on the phone. She hopes they can work things out. But they are both very stubborn.”

So do you think that Kate and A-Rod will get back together? It wouldn’t surprise me. Kate is infamous for recycling her ex’s. And the Yankee fans might do their part on pushing the two back together as well. Word has it that they’re hoping that they’ll see Kate back next year to take them through another series. Unfortunately, because another reason given for the split was that Kate just wanted camera-time at her boyfriend’s games, one of the negotiating factors in any reunion just might be that Kate can still cheer on the Yankees….from home in front of her television.

Tiger Woods’ Wife is Leaving Him

So apparently, Elin Nordegren, Tiger Woods’ wife, is leaving him. The story comes from US and an anonymous ’source’ so who knows if there’s a lick of truth behind it. But this does come after rumors that Elin had already moved out of their home and was living down the street and after pictures surfaced recently of Elin without her wedding ring. So there may be some truth to this after all. From US,

“Tiger Woods and his wife are headed to divorce court.

A “divorce is 100 percent on,” a source close to Woods’ wife, Elin Nordegren, tells ABC News.

The 29-year-old Nordegren — who is rumored to be consulting L.A. based divorce lawyer Sorrell Trope — “is not rushing to divorce, however,” the source says. “She’s going to take her sweet time. She wants all the dirty laundry to be out on the table before she signs anything.”

The new issue of Us Weekly (on newsstands now) reports that neighbors at their Isleworth gated community in Windermere, Fla., are buzzing that Nordegren (who has recently been photographed without her wedding ring) may already have kicked Tiger out.

“He’s been coming by in the early evenings only for their counseling and therapy,” one resident tells Us Weekly.

On Wednesday, it was reported that Nordegren and the kids — Sam, 2, and Charlie, 10 months — won’t be spending the holiday with Woods, who has been named Athlete of the Decade by The Associated Press.

The New York Post said she wants to go somewhere “Tiger-free for Christmas,” while New York’s Daily News said she is going to “spend the holidays with her family in Sweden.”

As far as I can tell, Elin has always wanted to keep this very private from the get-go. I think she made that decision right after she chased her husband out of their driveway with a golf club. And I really thought that she might stick it out with him. But I think that the more women that keep coming out, the more she can forgive it as an unfortunate misdeed in a very bad moment. I guess if this is true, and if the rumors about the prenup were true, that she decided to turn down the lucrative offer Tiger was making her. Well at least this way she won’t need to remain married to a man that she despises. Even if she does need to take a pay cut.

“Merry Christmas!” from Nicole and Joel!

Star has just run some holiday pics that Nicole Richie put up on her website. The pics are of her family spending some good bonding time together over the holidays. But there’s no cheesy picking out the tree or hanging stockings here. Instead we Nicole, Joel, Harlow, and Sparrow just as they are, making faces and sticking out their tongues. And being crazy with the family is something that we can all relate to during the holidays, isn’t it? Also in the pictures Nicole is shown sporting her new brunette hairdo. What do we think? I’m kind of undecided on it myself. On one hand, I do really like both the cut and the color on her. On the other hand, she’s looking a little too Angelina Jolie-ish in these pics to me. A Christmas Miracle! We No Longer Need to Hear from the Spelling Ladies!

For those who were sick to death of hearing Candy Spelling publicly humiliate her daughter, and her daughter, Tori somewhat retaliating (and who could blame her), it will delight you all to know that the feud between the famous Spelling women is over! This comes after Candy has blamed her daughter for Aaron Spelling’s death, rumors swirled that Tori got “nothing” in her father’s will, and the fact that Tori and her semi-famous husband, Dean McDermott, refused to let Candy see either of her grandchildren. Well really, can you blame them? But it’s all over once and for good it seems. In fact, the two have even agreed to not only repair their relationship but to do it ‘privately.’ This is indeed the best Christmas present they could have given us. From US,

“Candy Spelling is glad that she and daughter Tori are finally speaking after years of estrangement.

But don’t expect her to dish on their reconciliation.

“We both decided to [communicate] privately, so I know that everyone will respect that because it kind of got out of hand when it wasn’t the other way,” she told Usmagazine.com Thursday at the UNICEF Ball in Beverly Hills.

Tori’s husband, Dean McDermott, recently told Us that Candy, 63, spent time with grandson, Liam, 2, and even met granddaughter Stella, 1, for the first time.

“Oh my God, she is adorable!” Candy told Us. “She is bright. Well, they both are bright — what can I say? You know what, they are the most beautiful children, but I am not a prejudiced grandmother!’

She is looking forward to spoiling them around the holidays.

“Of course, I have to have things for them to unwrap, so they know coming to grandma’s is a fun place where I have their toys and they get new toys,” she says. “But I don’t let them taken them home. They have to play with them at my house.”

I’m tempted to say something about how it’s kind of mean to give a kid a present and then not let them take it home to play with them. Or how I can’t believe that Tori has actually forgiven her for all the nasty tricks she pulled. But forget it. They’re keeping quiet for now and I don’t want to get them going again.

Orlando and Miranda Are Engaged. Do We Care?

There was a big celebfest out in Morocco lately and Orlando Bloom was one of the stars in attendance. So was Jennifer Aniston, who was said to be at the event as Orlando’s date. Thinking that was a weird combination and that Jen was once again dipping her pen into the Fountain of Youth, I then read that Orlando Bloom was actually there with Miranda Kerr, who’s a supermodel and has been his girlfriend for a very, very long time. So where does Jennifer Aniston come into it? Chalk it up to the tabloids on this one.

But yes, Orlando and Miranda were in Morocco together and apparently, Jen stopped in for a little chat somewhere along the way too. But Orlando had bigger things on his mind than the event or Aniston. He was there to ask Miranda to marry him. And she said yes. So what does this mean, except disappointment for those who wanted to see Aniston once again rock the cradle? Nothing really. Well, not to me anyway. But this news comes from OK! So I guess congratulations are in order to both Orlando and Miranda. I have to admit though that I have rarely paid any attention to Orlando Bloom and I didn’t even know who Miranda Kerr was until this announcement came out. But good for them! Too bad for Jen though.

Carey Hart Gets Tattoo of Trash-Talking Wife

This is why I hate Pink. She’s this take no guff kind of girl who’s super tough and will stand up to you just for looking at her the wrong way. And while I admire a girl that stands up for herself and isn’t afraid to speak her mind, I think that Pink sometimes goes off the deep end with it sometimes and hurls insults at people for absolutely no reason. This time she’s quoted as saying that Prince William is an uneducated redneck. Uummm…excuse me? And why does she say this? Because Prince William hunts. I guess Pink doesn’t know that hunting has been a traditional pastime among royalty since away back. I guess Pink also doesn’t realize that everyone is entitled to spend their spare time however they like. And that maybe some people are offended by her use of swearing in her songs. I’m not but I betcha there are some people out there that are. Just like Pink is offended by Prince William’s hunting. Big deal, get over it. He has a right to hunt. That’s why they issue actual licenses for it. From Pop Crunch,

I think Pink should get a little educating herself. In other Pink news, her husband that she’s decided to stay with for a moment has gotten a tattoo of his wife on his leg. And while the tattoo is ugly and dark, I think it looks a lot better than Pink does in real life. The Latest on Tiger

This weekend was a big weekend for Tiger Woods. Of course I think any day will be a big day for Tiger until he can manage to somehow live down the shame of disgracing his entire family. But this weekend began with Tiger’s announcement that he’s taking a leave from golf. This is supposedly so that he can spend time ‘healing his family’ but there are rumors that that’s not all that’s behind the leave. The mill has it that Elin, Tiger’s no longer adoring or naive wife, has forced Tiger to take this leave. And that he will be ‘allowed’ to return to the sport once the entire family is old enough to travel with him on tournaments. A bit of overkill? Maybe. But consider that he brought God knows what into their home by sleeping with umpteen women, you can kind of see her point. But that was just the beginning.

The next announcement would be from a company, Accenture, that Tiger was set to have some endorsement deals with. Or had some deals with, I supposed. The company has now dropped Tiger from any dealings with them. And does it have anything to do with Tiger’s transgressions. You bet your bottom dollar it does. From Gossip Center,

“The fallout continues as Tiger Woods deals with the ramifications of his adulterous actions. And the latest update is that Accenture consulting firm has dropped him from their endorsement deal.

The global company announced yesterday that they were parting ways with Woods, saying he’s “no longer the right representative due to the circumstances of the last two weeks.”

On the bright side, Woods hasn’t lost his Nike gig. A rep for the company told press, “Tiger has been part of Nike for more than a decade. He is the best golfer in the world and one of the greatest athletes of his era. We look forward to his return to golf. He and his family have Nike’s full support.”

In related news, Tiger’s wife Elin Nordegren was spotted on her way to a holiday party yesterday (December 13) with her mother and two children. And as she stopped to fuel up her car, it was obvious that she wasn’t wearing her wedding right.”

Obviously this is a typo and the gossip column meant to run it as “wedding ring” in the last sentence. And I think if Elin isn’t wearing her wedding ring, it’s understandable. But I would also take it as a sign that she’s simply not willing to ride it out and that she’s at least one foot out the door with this marriage nonsense. But, National Enquirer says differently. They’re running a story that states that Elin is most likely going to stay with her adulterous husband. The reasons vary from ‘because of the children’ to ‘well, she’s renegotiated the prenup,’ but in either case, the Enquirer claims that Elin’s staying. For now. From the National Enquirer,

In reality, it’s Team Tiger’s spin doctoring and lawyers working overtime with a big payday in the offing to the missus as they renegotiate the terms of the prenup which may be voided due to unrelenting hordes of self-confessed Tiger vixen undulating out of the nether zones.

BUT top New York divorce attorney Raoul Felder told The ENQUIRER EXCLUSIVELY that Elin WILL reap millions above and beyond her prenup agreement:

“For the first time Tiger’s wife is in a powerful position. When she signed a prenup she had no power at all. Now she can say if you don’t change the agreement, I’m OUT the door.”

I’m tempted to believe this story from Enquirer, that seems to originally have come from People. The latter is a pretty reputable source all round and it was the Enquirer that was the first to break the news about Tiger and his many ladies. So who knows at this point. But it does look like Elin’s not ready to sign any divorce papers today. And as for Tiger? Oh what a twisted web we weave…

Cutie Watch: Reese and Deacon

We see lots of pictures of Reese Witherspoon, but it’s a rare opportunity when we see her with her son, Deacon. She seems to do a pretty good job of keeping the paparazzi at bay. But on this particular day, the paps were lucky enough to catch Reese, who is in a jolly good mood, walking hand in hand with her son Deacon. According to Gossip Center, this particular jaunt comes after Reese was away in London for awhile. And it was in London that Reese thought she had broken her foot. Apparently not as we see no cast in these pictures. But she did injure her foot the same way I always injure myself – in the goofiest of ways. From Gossip Center,

“The mother/son outing comes after Reese returned home from a trip to London, during which time she happened to injure her foot.

She told press, “I think I broke my foot. I’m not sure, I haven’t had a scan yet. I was taking a nap yesterday because I was real tired, I had jet lag. Good thing that she clears it up for us that she hadn’t had a drop to drink. I really don’t think anyone would have assumed that she was drunk when it happened. Reese just doesn’t seem like the huge lush type. But, I’m glad she’s okay and hopefully now that she’s back in town, we’ll get some more cutie watches with her and Deacon. They’re just tooo cute!

There are No Cream Puffs on the Menu for Rihanna

Is it just me, or does Rihanna get stupider and stupider? First she hooks up with Chris Brown for God knows what reason, and after he beats the crap out of her, she goes back to him. Okay, okay, you can’t just turn feelings off, yadda yadda yadda. But now, almost a year after she suffered that horrible beating, it seems that Rihanna still hasn’t learned a damned thing. Apparently, after dating the highest-risk boy (and yes, he’s a boy and not a man) there is, she still looks for that high-risk in all of her relationships. This is because Rihanna doesn’t want a relationship that’s ‘perfect and boring.’ And she even goes so far as to say that in these types of relationships the person ‘won’t hurt you.’ And she doesn’t like that?! What the hell is wrong with her? This comes from Contact Music,

Yes, nice guys are nice. That’s generally why they’ve been given that label. But even people who are looking for drama in a relationship don’t have to settle for someone who could possibly hurt them. There are plenty of opportunities for drama even when you’re dating a ‘nice guy.’ But I think where Rihanna’s off the mark is when she seems to equate drama with bad things. There are plenty of thrilling times when you’re in a healthy and happy relationship. Granted, there might not be as much of a risk but, every relationship has its own risks, doesn’t it? Even if it’s just at the beginning, when you don’t know if the other person is going to feel the same way as you or not? I don’t understand why Rihanna seems to still want to put herself in dangerous situations. I just can’t wrap my head around this very, very stupid quote of Rihanna’s.

Gisele Bundchen has a Baby Boy

I have to say, I had little interest in the pregnancy of Gisele Bundchen. I don’t have anything against the brunette bombshell but I do have quite a bit against her husband, Tom Brady, who thinks that just because he’s Tom Brady he can leave his pregnant girlfriend for the next hottest thing that walks by. Granted, Bridget Moynahan didn’t find out that she was pregnant until after she and Tom had split but still, I can’t seem to get the “Deadbeat Dad!” screaming out of my head whenever I hear his name. So the fact that he now has another little boy only leaves me wondering how long it is until Tom leaves this one stranded too. I know, oh so cynical am I.

But Gisele Bundchen is also the proud parent of the newest little baby boy so I suppose I’m happy for her as she hasn’t done anything to piss me off yet. So, congratulations Gisele! The news is everywhere after Tom Brady posted about it on his own website, as seems to be becoming the trend in Hollywood. From Radar Online,

At this time, details of the birth and the boy’s name have not been released yet.

Brady and Bundchen were married this past February in Los Angeles, and had a second ceremony in Costa Rica at Bundchen’s mansion.”

Hopefully if Tom was gracious enough to post on his website that the baby was born, he’ll be just as gracious in posting new baby pics. I may not like him all that much but, who doesn’t love looking at new babies?
