Some People Just Don’t Learn

Well it seems that even with all the media coverage surrounding Jon, Kate, their eight children, and their extra-marital affairs, some people just don’t learn that using your children for profit just isn’t a good idea. I was really kind of on the side of Nadya Suleman, aka “OctoMom” even though she was clearly a woman who was suffering from mental disability. But I thought that what she did was her business and that people were crossing the line between disagreeing with her and being downright nasty and dramatic. However, now she has now crossed the line and has found someone who not only wants to make a reality show based on her life with her many, many, many children but also someone who has agreed to ghostwrite a book for her. “Nadya Suleman, the mother of octuplets born Jan. 26, has inked a deal with the British production company Eyeworks, which plans to begin filming a reality TV series based on the controversial single mother and her 14 children.

“I’m really excited about moving forward with this,” Suleman tells PEOPLE.

Suleman’s attorney Jeff Czech calls the series a “quasi-reality” show, explaining that instead of having a dozen cameramen tromping around her house 24 hours a day, film crews will only document select milestones, such as birthdays and other special events.

“Nadya knows she has to do something,” says Czech. “But she doesn’t want the constant filming because she feels that would be taking advantage of her kids. She’s trying to find the middle ground and feels this approach will work best.”

At this time, Eyeworks has yet to sell Suleman’s proposed shows to any TV networks in the U.S., and is currently planning on airing her programs on British TV, then bringing the shows to America. Czech also insists that his client doesn’t want her series to resemble Jon and Kate Gosselin’s show.

“She’s been watching them a bit lately and thinks it’s boring,” says Czech.

This week Suleman also finalized a deal with ghostwriter Wendy Lee – who recently wrote Life with My Sister Madonna with Christopher Ciccone – to pen her autobiography.

“Of all her projects, this is the one she’s most excited about,” says Czech. “She’s really looking forward to telling her story and speaking out about how she was raised, how her children are feeling, what they are asking about and things about the donor dad.”

She does state that she will not ‘cross the line’ between exploiting her children and making a quick buck but let’s face it - in the end, she’s just making a quick bucks. Or a quick few bucks. When is someone going to step in and stop perpetuating this kind of thing? I can see how with Jon and Kate, things got out of control too quickly and no one could have foreseen this happening. But even if she says that the show is not going to resemble Jon and Kate, you still have a show with a crazy mom who has a lot of kids. Sure, minus the cheating husband but it’s still basically the same deal. And she’s doing this in the midst of the Gosselin family falling apart.

There are lessons to be learned through watching the Gosselins fall apart on national television and the lesson is that this type of thing is not good for the children. I don’t care if you’re filming potty training or their 1st birthday. It’s not good for them. Period. If you want to write a book about it and your own personal experiences, fine. It would be better to leave it at a time when you don’t have 8 newborns plus all of your other children to care for but as I said, the woman is mentally unstable. The producers of this show however are not and I’m disgusted that people would even consider it after seeing the negative consequences.

Is Adam Lambert Gay? Do You Care?

Throughout the entire season of American Idol this year, the debate went whether or not the one of the best contestants, Adam Lambert was gay. Because it seemed so obvious to me that he was in fact gay, I thought the entire thing was something contrived by him and ‘his people’ to make him a household name and get people talking about him. But the fact that the debate still seems to continue, even more so in fact than when he was on the show, it leaves me wondering - why do people care so much whether Adam Lambert is gay?

Are we seriously still talking about people’s sexuality so much so to the point that it’s making headline news? I don’t understand why, in a world that is so up in arms over Proposition 8, the fact that someone might be gay is making headlines. Isn’t that the whole point? To get to the place where it no longer matters what sexuality someone is? The place where something like that is no longer considered news? Apparently we have a long way to go. So for all of those who do still think this type of thing is news and that are wondering whether or not Adam’s gay, you’re about to get your answer from the Gods of Rock themselves - Rolling Stone Magazine. From Pop Crunch,

“This season’s American Idol runner-up, glam rocker Adam Lambert, will finally put all the speculation over his sexuality to rest when he publicly “comes out” as gay in the next issue of Rolling Stone Magazine, The NY Post is reporting.”

But it seems as though someone has already jumped the gun on telling whether or not Adam is gay and that was the new judge Kara DioGuardi. Keep in mind that although this article states that she’ll be on The View next Friday, I just saw this article now and so she appeared on the show this past Friday. From Daily Blabber, “Kara DioGuardi basically told the ladies on The View that Adam Lambert is gay.

“I don’t think that Adam was ever in [the closet],” she says in a chat set to air on The View Friday. “I think he was always openly out.”

But does she think Adam’s flamboyant ways hurt him in the end?

“I hope not,” Kara said “Because we should be judging on talent and viability in the music industry, and they both had that.”

Honestly, she’s right, whether or not she told Adam’s news or not. They should be judged on those things and neither of them has anything to do with sex. I also think that according to those two things, the proper person won. Adam was unique and he was also a good singer. Although I hated him, I can’t deny those two things. But I think he was just too unique and too intense for the mainstream music industry, which is what American Idol products appeal to. The American public voted (regardless of the other current controversy) and I think they chose wisely. Adam will be fine with his own career, he’s already in talks with Queen about becoming their new lead singer. 

I think it’s as obvious that Adam is gay as it is that Kris Allen is straight and I think neither fact should have anything to do with anything.

Bump Watch: Ellen and Heidi

Both Ellen Pompeo and Heidi Klum announced their pregnancies in April and Seal also announced at the same time that Heidi was about three months pregnant while Ellen’s camp gave the vague ‘due in the fall’ response. I don’t know though, I would think it would have to be very early fall because after carrying this baby around all summer, Ellen’s going to be the size of a house! She already looks super preggers. Ellen was recently seen out and about with that ever-growing bump and some of her costars have also had some very nice things to say about what Ellen will be like as a mom. “Ellen Pompeo is ready to be a mom!

At least that’s what her Grey’s Anatomy costar, Jessica Capshaw, tells Usmagazine.com.

“She is so on top of it, and she is so excited and she is very sweet about it,” Capshaw told Us at an event at the Byron & Tracey Salon in Beverly Hills on Thursday. “She is doing her research.”

Capshaw — who had her first child, Luke, in September 2007 — hasn’t had to give any parenting advice.

“She doesn’t need any,” the actress tells Us. “She is exactly the waythat she should be about it, which is really excited and hopeful but at the same time really pragmatic and planning. And I think that is the best way for her to be.”

Yep, the whole mommy thing will be very new to Ellen but also-pregnant Heidi Klum will be wearing the title like an old hat as she and her husband Seal are expected to have their baby also in the fall. This will be the fourth child for the two. I wonder how the pregnancy and birth will affect Heidi’s show Project Runway as that’s set to start up again in August. Well at least for the first few months we’ll be able to watch Heidi in all of those glamourous designer maternity dresses. But even when she’s just out on errands, Heidi Klum is stunning of course. Grrrrr…..

Your Daily Jon and Kate

Well get ready to hear for the next five or six months about the Jon and Kate Gosselin scandal. I have a feeling that it’s going to be dragged out at least for one more season of their show and no, this thing is just not going away. With every new day comes at least 3 more Jon and Kate stories. Here are the latest.

The first comes thanks to TMZ and show how Jon and Kate both spent their Memorial Day holidays. Separately. Jon was photographed with two lady friends sipping a beer in the hot sun while Kate was seen shuttling their children alongside her bodyguard whom she’s also said to be sleeping with. Well things seem hunky-dory here. 

The next story comes from Star and this time, it’s Jon’s mother that’s speaking out. Apparently her baby’s been wronged in all of this and she’s doing what she can to protect his good name. From Star,

“In an exclusive interview with Star, Pamela Gosselin breaks her silence for the first time since the JK8 scandal broke.

“I don’t think he will ever be portrayed fairly,” a frustrated Pamela tells Star of Jon’s relationship with wife Kate Gosselin. “It’s always twisted.”

Reached at her Pennsylvania home, Pamela says, “I don’t think it’s fair, and it never will be.”

Ooohh…it’s so unfair…that’s so insightful. The only problem is that the only people it’s not fair to are those eight children. Everybody else has made their own choices. And as for Jon not being portrayed fairly, I think at this point Jon’s gotten things pretty easy. People are so busy raking Kate over the coals for being a controlling psychopath that they’ve almost completely forgotten that he cheated on her. He needs to fly under the radar and keep his mouth shut because Kate’s doing a pretty good job of burying herself. Moving on…

This one is a bit more serious than the rest and might be the most serious part of the whole scandal - including the fact that their marriage is falling apart. Just when Jon and Kate both thought that they couldn’t deal with anything else on their plate, now they’re being investigated for being in violation of child labor laws. According to US, as it stands now there was a complaint and it’s being investigated. From US,

“On Friday, the Pennsylvania Department of Labor confirmed that an investigation is underway to determine if the hit TLC show Jon & Kate Plus 8 is violating child labor laws after receiving a complaint against the show.

“We’re not saying that they are not complying with child labor laws. We’re investigating a complaint,” Troy Thompson of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor tells Usmagazine.com. “We’re not saying that there was or was not a violation, just that we’re conducting an investigation.”

In a statement, a TLC rep said: “TLC fully complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Jon and Kate + 8 is no exception. For an extended period of time, we have been engaged in cooperative discussions and supplied all requested information to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor. We will continue to engage the appropriate officials and meet any standards or regulations that are applicable to TLC productions.”

Being on the show means the kids might be exempt from standards such as how many hours they can work per day. Ellen Dannin, law professor at Penn State Dickinson School of Law, tells Us: “It’s not like acting. They’re just going about their regular lives.”

Earlier this week, Kate’s brother and sister-in-law said they fear the emotional toll the show is taking on the children.

“They’re being viewed as a commodity,” Kevin Kreider, Kate’s younger brother, said on CBS’ Early Show Wednesday.

Added his wife Jodi, “They’re being exploited, and it’s time for America to see the situation for what it really is.”

Despite Kate’s claims, Jodi said the kids do not like the cameramen in their home all the time.

“They don’t want the cameras around. They have told me personally,” said Jodi. “They would say, ‘Aunt Jodi, I don’t like the cameras on every vacation with us.’”

I think Aunt Jodi has been bottling things up for quite some time and now doesn’t know when to just STOP TALKING. We get it. You’re disgusted. We’re all disgusted. I do agree with everything she’s saying about the kids being a commodity and maybe having all those cameras around all the time isn’t such a great idea. But as far as the child labor laws go, I don’t think these kids were working. They really were just going about their lives - eating, playing, sleeping, snacking. It was fine as far as that aspect of things go. I do certainly hope that someone’s making sure that they see some of the financial gain from that show in their future. I also wonder why all the speculation now? Why weren’t there complaints that needed to be investigated before the scandal broke? The kids are still doing the same stuff, it’s their parents that are falling apart. It makes no sense to me.

And lastly, Kate is publishing a cook book. See here for the full story but, this just seems in bad taste to me. Does she really think it’s a good idea, at this point in time, to tell the public that she wants more money? And to have just one more thing that will take the focus off her marriage? And it’s called…wait for it….”Love is in the Mix.” Bahahahaha! That just makes it so much more inappropriate! It’s just wrong, wrong, wrong and I hope she doesn’t sell one copy.

Katy Perry is an Enigma

Hmm…a real mystery this one. Katy Perry has always seemed to have portrayed a somewhat mysterious quality but I thought it was all pretty much for show. Did she really kiss a girl and like it? Does she really think she’s a swimmer from the 50s, as most of her outfits would suggest? Yet she keeps this very serious relationship with Travis McCoy and seems to be like a normal human being when she talks about him. When they broke up early this year she was said to not only be devastated but also talk about it openly at her shows. Then she gets back together with him and we see shiny, happy Katy again. Silly and frivolous but normal none the less. Now she has conflicting quotes that leave me scratching my head.

Katy recently speaks in an interview and she talks about how she thinks sleeping around and sharing bodily fluids with casual hookups is disgusting. It seems on its own as a very refreshing outlook from a very big star that could send a very good message to young girls. From Gossip Girls,

“While she certainly doesn’t shy away from using sex appeal to boost her popularity, Katy Perry isn’t the type of girl to sleep around town.

Talking about needing to get to know someone before getting intimate, the “I Kissed a Girl” singer tells, “For me, it’s not a past time, going out and meeting people and trying to hook up with people. That actually makes me feel disgusting. From a really early age, I was really sensitive to that.”

Ms Perry continues, “Getting your flirt on is the best thing in the world, but when it comes to sharing bodily fluids with a person I don’t know — no thank you.”

Yep, it all sounds great. Until you turn around and tell a radio station that you’d like to have sex with John Mayer. Apparently he’s not so disgusting to swap bodily fluids with. He’s only the biggest playboy in all of Hollywood. From Pop Crunch,

“In an interview with Australian radio’s Kyle and Jackie O, Katy Perry was asked who she would shoot, shag or marry when it comes to rockers Benji Madden, Pete Wentz, and John Mayer.

The “Waking Up In Vegas” singer replied that she would marry Pete because he is such a great dad to son Bronx, shoot Benji and ended by saying, “I couldn’t marry John Mayer, it’d be so intense. I’d definitely shag the sh*t out of him though. I’ll go on record saying that.”

So, ew - for starters. Any woman who is going to claim publicly that they would like to have sex with John Mayer better be fully expecting him to show up on their doorstep a short while later ready to romp. So I hope she meant it. But I also don’t understand why in one interview she’s talking about how pure she is and in the next talking about how she wants to bed such a player! Someone who stands for the exact opposite of not sleeping around!

I’m not saying that I think this makes Katy Perry a horrible role model. I think that would be a bit harsh and I think there’s far too much pressure on celebrities to uphold pristine standards anyway. But I do find her opposing stances confusing. Whatever, I still like her and she puts out great music regardless of who she wants to shag. And if that’s what you want to do, Katy, you go right ahead. I’m sure he’ll shag you right back.

Why Do These Two Keep Talking?

Candy and Tori Spelling have one of the most famous parent/child feuds in all of Hollywood. It may have all started when Tori’s famous dad, Aaron Spelling died but I think the trouble probably started long before that and that his death was just a tragic event that sent the whole thing on a downward spiral. But ever since that time the two have come out slinging mud at each other and while Tori really has seemed to try and take some sort of high road, using her book and only her own book to tell her very polite side of the story, Candy has chosen another tactic. She’ll talk to anyone who’ll listen about what a horrible daughter she has, how she’s never met her grandchildren, and the latest - that Tori killed her dad. Wow. That’s an all-time low. Spelling told the Kellogg Crew on 94.7 WMAS in Massachusetts that her daughter’s estrangement from her parents “killed my husband. He just didn’t want to live after that.”
She added, “He’d done everything he could possibly do for his daughter and then she wanted no part of him once he couldn’t do anything for her.”

Candy Spelling makes me physically nauseous and I wish she would just shut up already! Nobody cares about how she has to sell her grand mansion because it’s simply far too big for lil ol’ her and nobody cares about how she thinks her daughter killed her husband - which is nice by the way. So really, it’s not the both of them talking that bothers me but oh how I do wish that Candy would shut up!

Rihanna is Going to do the Right Thing

I might have to stop being so hard on Rihanna because it seems that she’s going to end up doing the right thing when it comes to the charges against Chris Brown. Ever since the night he mistook her for a punching bag, Rihanna has always said that she would cooperate with authorities and do whatever was asked of her. But still, I had my doubts. Then she and Chris got back together and I was pretty sure he’d get a slap on the wrist and be left alone. But now that might not be the case.

Rihanna is set to not only appear in court but to actually testify against Chris giving what I can only guess will be a graphic and gruesome description of what happened that night. Or at least what she can remember after Brown slammed her head against god knows what, god knows how many times. I’m so happy that Rihanna is going to stand up and tell a judge exactly what Chris did to her that night that if  I wasn’t typing, I might just stand up and clap! From Digital Spy,

“Rihanna is to appear in court next month over her alleged altercation with Chris Brown, it has been reported.

According to E!, the ‘Umbrella’ singer will be called to testify in the case on June 22. Her testimony will be used to determine if there is enough evidence for a trial against Brown, who is charged with two counts of felony assault.

Donald Etra, her attorney, said: “The judge advised me that there will be a subpoena for Rihanna as a witness at the preliminary hearing. She will definitely comply.”

Brown will also be present in court when Rihanna testifies. “He has to be here anytime a witness is called,” his lawyer explained.”

I imagine that would be tough for her to do, face Chris in court like that. Even if she has very bitter feelings toward him now, she did really love him at one point and maybe a part of her still does. But I’m glad to see that this might actually be taken to trial. I thought that once Rihanna decided to take him back, she would call this whole thing off too. Way to go, Rihanna! Maybe Chris will actually be punished for what he did!

Will Mel Marry Oksana?

The Oksana of course, being the young Russian, Oksana Grigorieva, mistress-turned-girlfriend and mother-to-be of his child, Mel Gibson. Ever since the pregnancy was first confirmed by the National Enquirer, the question floating around seems to be whether or not Mel will marry the former unknown. I would be inclined to think not only because I have difficulty believing that anyone with as much experience as Mel Gibson knows how things work and that he’s already lost half of everything to Robyn - he might want to keep the other half for himself for a little while. But maybe all of it’s a moot point anyway because apparently Oksana’s threatening to call the whole thing off due to Mel’s constant drinking. From National Enquirer,

“Mel Gibson’s pregnant girlfriend has already slapped him with an ultimatum: “Go to rehab - or we’re through!”

The Enquirer has learned Oksana - the woman behind Mel’s $1 billion divorce - is demanding the Oscar winner get professional help with his booze addiction or she’s prepared to cut all ties.

“Oksana wants Mel to deal with his drinking on a long-term basis,” a source close to the couple said.

“Mel’s got a hair-trigger temper when he’s drunk, and Oksana insists she won’t stick around when he’s like that. She’s informed Mel that if he doesn’t go to rehab, she’ll bow out of the picture before they go any further.”

The 53-year-old superstar - whose 2006 DUI arrest and anti-Semitic meltdown made headlines around the world - has struggled for years with a drinking problem. And while he’s owned up to alcoholism and is a big AA supporter, [Mel] has never entered a residential rehab program to deal with his addiction.

Oksana - who is four months pregnant with his baby - believes alcoholism is the reason [Mel] indulged in so many extramarital affairs, according to another source.

“Oksana thinks Mel will be less likely to cheat on her if he’s not out drinking,” a Gibson family friend told the Enquirer. “But she knows that Mel’s very stubborn and that it’s hard for him to stop drinking, especially now with all the changes in his life.”

“The good thing is that Mel really loves Oksana, and he desperately wants to get his act together. He says he’s willing to do whatever she wants, but only time will tell if he stands by his words.”

A feud [between Mel, his soon-to-be-ex-wife Robyn and their seven kids] over Mel’s fortune has ensued, and sources say Mel’s older kids are worried their hefty trust funds are at stake due to his new relationship.”

I would normally think that Oksana wouldn’t be that stupid either. Something about not pooping where you sleep comes to mind. But I’m not sure. Women who are enraged and feeling threatened, as Oksana obviously is if she’s worried about him cheating on her, say and do crazy things and you add pregnancy hormones into the mix and there’s no telling what could happen! Not to mention that it’s someone who’s attracted to Mel Gibson and so, she’s gotta be some kind of crazy to begin with.

Madonna Allows Jesus to Speak

Well as soon as the father of Jesus Luz, alleged lover boy of Madonna, came out and told the tabloids that he was pretty sure there was going to be a ceremony of some sort between his son and the Queen of Pop, you can bet that Madge whipped up a script, handed it to Jesus and told him where to go with it. The young Brazilian, who was before strictly to be seen and not heard, has come out recently to say that although Madonna is perfect, they are not getting married and they are in fact not even together. Yep, it certainly sounds like it came from Madonna’s mouth.

Not only does it place her on some kind of pedestal way, way, way above the rest of us, but it also leaves us scratching our heads. Were they not dating? Did they not get back together? What about all those visits to that freaky-deaky place in NYC? Yes, all this stirring the pot absolutely reeks of Madge’s work. From Gossip Rocks,

“Jesus Luz has spoken for the first time about his on/off lover Madonna, saying she is ‘beautiful’ and has ‘no visible faults’.
In an interview with Brazilian television, the model heaped praise on the singer, but insisted they are just friends.
He said: ‘Madonna is beautiful, a person full of positive energy, with no visible faults. I found her marvellous. Her personality also impressed me.
‘She is a person I admire a lot, a friend in my life, who I remain in contact with. But apart from that I cannot say more.’
He denied claims that the pair are set to tie the knot, insisting: ‘She’s my friend, only a friend.’
‘There are no wedding plans, no wedding presents, she’s just a friend, who I speak to frequently as I do with my friends in Rio de Janeiro,’ he added, in his native Portuguese.
Madonna, 50, met Jesus, 22, on the set of a W magazine shoot in Brazil last December.
Despite rumours of a split earlier this year, the couple seem to be going strong and have increasingly been seen out and about in New York of late.
The model’s father Luiz Heitor Pinto da Luz has hinted in an interview that they are preparing to exchange religious vows.
He said: ‘My understanding is that this is just a consequence of what is happening. He is already living with her.
‘I don’t know if there will be an actual wedding. From what I have read there could be a sort of ritual, but I don’t know Kabbalah… to know if it’s valid and legal.’
And the rumours strengthened when Jesus was seen in a jewellery store in Rio.
But the singer’s spokeswoman said the wedding rumours were ‘completely and totally not true.’
In the TV interview Jesus also denied having been converted by Madonna, and said: ‘I used to go to Catholic church in Rio, and Evangelical churches, but I don’t have any special feelings for any specific religion, I respect all of them.’”

So, why are we talking about this? Do we really care if Madonna is dating someone who’s young enough to be her son? Do we really care if he’s converted to Kabbalah or not? But because I do always feel as though my two cents are necessary, I’d just like to say that I’m not buying Jesus’ (Madonna’s) story. They may not be getting married but they’re totally together. I don’t know why they want to deny it at this point.

More Chris Brown and Rihanna Drama

Well this drama actually has more to do with Chris Brown than it does Rihanna, seeing as how after he beat the crap out of her she did her best to ignore the entire situation and has actually done a pretty good job. But Chris knows that there are still some ‘haters’ out there and he’s gone to YouTube to promote his upcoming album and make a plea to his fans that he’s ‘not a monster.’ Okay, what are you then? A young and promising hip-hop star? Oh, that may have been the case at one time for some, although I’ve never liked him myself, but now he’s proven that he’s absolutely nothing but a monster. From Star,

“Although he allegedly punched Rihanna so many times that her mouth filled with blood, Chris Brown doesn’t want his fans to think he’s scary.
The R&B singer took to the Internet to comment briefly on the incident that left his then-girlfriend bruised and battered — and led to his own arrest. In the homemade video — made with Bow Wow at NBA star Shaquille O’Neal’s house — Chris addresses his fans about his upcoming projects and concludes by telling them that he “ain’t a monster.”

“I don’t do all this talking on the thing, this is just some new stuff I’m doing,” Chris says in the YouTube video, which was posted Tuesday. “I just wanna say ‘What’s up?,’ because I ain’t been out there in a minute. But the new album is gonna be coming soon. We working on it right now. It’s called Graffiti. It’s got everything on it, so y’all be ready for that. I’m about to drop a single this summer for y’all. We ain’t going nowhere. Everybody that’s haters, they just been haters. All my real fans, I love you. I ain’t a monster.”

Chris, who’s facing felony assault charges and charges of making criminal threats, is expected back in a Los Angeles court on Thursday.”

I don’t understand how he can call us ‘just haters’ when he beat the crap out of his girlfriend! I don’t think we’re ‘just haters.’ I think we’re ‘haters with good reason for hating.’ I’m glad he still loves his fans. He should. They really are all he has left now and he has to cling to the few that are blinded by charm and a few weeks out of the headlines. But to further prove Chris’ point of how he’s ‘not a monster,’ out comes a new story about the blood-thirsty singer and this time, it was the paparazzi that got some of what Chris is made of. “Chris Brown is facing more legal trouble – this time from a man who claims he was beaten up by the singer’s bodyguard.

Robert Rosen is suing Brown, 20, for personal injury, alleging he was roughed up after taking a snapshot of Brown at a Los Angeles fitness club on March 13, according to the lawsuit filed in L.A. Superior Court.

Rosen claims he was chased by the bodyguard, who yelled at him after taking the picture while Brown was playing basketball, and attempted to run away, but an employee of L.A. Fitness Club allegedly “tried to block [Rosen's] exit and grabbed his clothing and body.”

Rosen broke free but then fell down a flight of stairs, the lawsuit says. The bodyguard then allegedly “picked [Rosen] up by his shorts, and physically assaulted him,” according to the lawsuit. Rosen adds he was “severely injured and disabled, both internally and externally,” claims he was falsely imprisoned, and is seeking damages covering his medical bills and emotional distress.

Rosen, who’s also suing the fitness club for negligence and other claims, argues its employees did not adequately protect him.

Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, says, “This is a specious and frivolous lawsuit by one of the paparazzi seeking publicity and a payday. He’s done this before and lost. We will vigorously defend against this.”

I realize the probability that this story is completely false is very high and that this guy Rosen could be looking for a handout. It would be an easy time to do it to Brown, since he’s right in the middle of his legal proceedings with the Rihanna incident. But even if Brown didn’t mess with Rosen, I hope he gets burned for it anyways. He’s not going to pay for what he did to Rihanna and I’d like to see someone stop him.
