The World has not yet Imploded

Although Angelina Jolie was taken to a hospital yesterday and it was suspected that she was about to deliver her twins, those babies have not yet come. Some worried that there were complications and that she was going to be given an emergency C-section while others stated that the trip to the hospital had always been planned and that she needed a section because she had had one before. Still others talked about how twins are almost always born by C-section nowadays. Yes, Angelina definitely has us right where she wants us: talking about her. From Celebrity Baby Scoop,

“A press release from the AP states that Angelina has not delivered the babies yet but has indeed checked into the Lanval hospital in Nice, Nadine Bauer, press attache for the hospital reveals. She’s being kept under normal surveillance and is not expected to give birth immediately.

“There’s no urgency. It’s been planned for a long time,” she said. “She’s very well. Everything is fine.”

The French magazine Closer, who had reported she had welcomed the babies, also released the following statement :

“Angelina Jolie will give birth in the following days. This morning we informed you that Angelina Jolie was supposedly giving birth.The actress is actually under observation at Lanval hospital in Nice. She was admitted on sunday afternoon and should remain there until she gives birth of her twins. She is to be due in the upcoming days.”

The magazine then came out with a second report this morning that the babies had indeed been born. So who knows at this point? I find it interesting that the two most famous people in the world, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt because *sigh* they needed to get away from the limelight yet they’re still keeping us informed and press conferences are being scheduled. HAH! I find them hysterical. My thoughts on the subject? I haven’t yet started to feel the ground shake so I’m thinkin those babies aren’t here yet.
